The Pathway Project
Building Resilience. Creating Opportunity. Changing Futures.
Too often, young people facing trauma, poverty, or systemic barriers are funneled into punitive systems that limit opportunity rather than create it. Instead of receiving guidance, healing, and support, many youth encounter judgment, instability, and disconnection from the resources they need to thrive.
The Pathway Project was created to address this gap.
Our organization provides safe, empowering environments where young people can rebuild trust, discover their strengths, and develop meaningful pathways toward education, careers, and stability. Through trauma-informed programming, mentorship, and access to practical resources, we help youth overcome barriers and build resilient futures. The Pathway Project aims to interrupt cycles of instability and create lasting positive outcomes for youth across Snohomish County.
