Building Resilience. Creating Opportunity. Changing Futures.
Snohomish County youth face real challenges—from poverty and housing instability to rising mental health needs and systemic barriers in education and justice. At The Pathway Project, we respond by creating safe, supportive environments where at-risk youth can grow, heal, and succeed.
The Pathway Project is dedicated to creating alternative pathways for at-risk youth by providing safe, supportive environments that foster personal growth, resilience, and empowerment.
Through trauma-informed programming, mentorship, and access to critical resources—including resume building, tutoring, college readiness support, and advocacy—we help young people overcome challenges, navigate complex systems, and pursue meaningful educational and career opportunities.
At the heart of our work is a commitment to building capacity, strengthening resilience, and ensuring every young person has the tools they need to thrive.
